A seven-day content plan for your cleaning business
Your next post can help a prospective customer understand your service. Start with the questions people ask before booking, use your real business details, and make the next step easy to find.
Choose one purpose for each post
Use these seven prompts as a planning menu. You do not need to publish every day. Pick the ideas you can support with accurate service information or business-owned images, then spread them across a schedule you can maintain.
- Explain your scope. Describe what a standard visit includes and one common exclusion. Prompt: “Before booking, ask which rooms and tasks are included in your visit.”
- Help customers prepare. Explain your actual access and preparation requirements. Prompt: “A little preparation helps us use the agreed appointment time well. Here is what we ask you to do before we arrive.”
- Answer one frequent question. For example, explain how you define a first visit versus a recurring visit. Avoid promising a task or result outside your scope.
- Show an approved detail. Use your own photo, with permission where needed, to explain one part of your process. Keep addresses, personal belongings and customer details out of the image.
- Invite priorities. Prompt: “Which spaces would you most like help with at your next visit? Share your priorities when requesting a quote.”
- Clarify your service area. List locations you actually serve and explain how a customer can check availability. Do not invent open slots or limited-time offers.
- Explain the booking step. Show what information you need for a quote and point to your working booking link.
Turn a prompt into your own caption
Editable caption example
Planning a cleaning visit in [actual service area]? Tell us the rooms you want included, the type of visit you need and your preferred dates. We will confirm scope and availability before booking. Request a quote at [your working booking link].
Replace every bracketed field before publishing. Check that the booking link works and that the words match your real service. Pair the caption with a readable graphic; a useful explanation can work without a dramatic before-and-after photo.
Review useful responses
Record which post prompted an actual inquiry or visit to your booking page, when that information is available. A like is not a booking. If people ask the same question, use the next post to answer it more clearly rather than simply increasing posting volume.
Try a sample before subscribing
Download the free plan or browse real graphic and caption samples. Cleaning Content Club is $29/month and includes twelve static graphics, twelve captions, four approximately thirty-second video scripts and a calendar. Editable SVGs are included for one business. Scripts are not finished videos, and account posting is not included. The subscription renews monthly until canceled through Gumroad.
For the separate $99/month branded option, prepare your actual brand brief and agree on a feasible first delivery date before subscribing. One consolidated revision is included; delivery capacity is limited.
